How do I book a Christmas Party at The Yacht?
Simply complete our enquiry form and a member of our team will confirm availability and menu choices for your group.
When is your Christmas menu available?
From Friday 27th November through to December. If you would like to enjoy the menu earlier for a party, please speak to a member of the team, and we may be able to cater this for you.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
What is the booking and cancellation policy?
- A 50% deposit, calculated against the total menu cost for your party, is required to secure your Christmas booking.
- The remaining balance for standard bookings is payable on the night. For large-group and corporate bookings requiring an invoice, the remaining balance is due by the date stated on the invoice.
- A completed food pre-order is required no later than seven days before your reservation. Any changes to your party size must also be confirmed by this date.
- If you cancel within seven days, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made within 48 hours, all payments already made are non-refundable. No-shows and reductions in guest numbers within 48 hours are also non-refundable.
- Any exceptions remain at the manager’s discretion.
Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?
Yes, our kitchen can adapt most dishes. Please inform us when booking so we can cater for this in advance.
Can I hire the whole venue?

Where are you located?
We’re easy to find on Torquay’s harbourside at 18–19 Victoria Parade, TQ1 2BB. We’re right on the waterfront, with everything close by for a smooth and stress-free visit.
Parking: The nearest car parks are Beacon Quay, Harbour Car Park (Montpellier Road) and Torquay Marina Car Park, all just a short walk from our door.
Taxi Rank: There is a 24-hour taxi rank right on Victoria Parade, only moments from our front door, ideal for a relaxed journey home.
Bus Stops: Several local bus routes stop nearby along the harbour, making it easy to reach us by public transport too.
