AFTERNOON TEA
Elevate your afternoon at The Yacht with a timeless tradition, transformed into an exquisite culinary experience. Our Afternoon Tea is proudly handcrafted by The Yacht’s talented Pastry Chef, Josh from Grand Patisserie. Each tier presented is a tempting work of art, featuring a delicate selection of savouries, alongside warm homemade scones served with authentic, real Devon clotted cream and locally sourced preserves. This is complemented by an exquisite assortment of petits gâteaux, blending timeless favourites with modern creations.
We also have Cream Teas available, made fresh daily. No need to book ahead.

Afternoon Tea
£32 per person Served Daily: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Enjoy your experience with your choice of traditional tea or freshly brewed coffee. For a truly celebratory occasion, ask about upgrading to a crisp glass of Champagne or a refreshing Yacht Gin & Tonic. You can view our current afternoon tea menu here.

Please reserve at least 24 hours ahead.
Cream Tea
No booking needed. Freshly made daily and available to walk in. Simply take a seat and enjoy warm scones with real Devon clotted cream and locally sourced preserves. We do however reccomend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
EVERY DRINK A VOYAGE
Our selection showcases expertly crafted drinks inspired by global traditions. From inventive in-house concoctions to an extensive wine and premier champagne selection, we offer artisanal cocktails, effervescent spritzes, and rare spirits. Indulge at our boutique champagne bar or unwind in the elegant gin lounge.
JOURNEY THROUGH THE YACHT...
Take a walkthrough tour of The Yacht, where every detail reflects the legend behind the venue with decorative yachts suspended above the Atlas Bar trace the journey through the space, leading beneath the golden fish chandelier to the Gin Lounge, where guests can witness the Coastal Distillery craftsmanship in action.
Upstairs, the rich art deco-inspired champagne bar features warm walnut, marble, brushed brass, and globe pendant lighting that creates a soft golden glow. At the bow of The Yacht, guests can relax with stunning harbourside views, while the Stern offers an elegant boutique-style event space, perfect for intimate gatherings, celebrations, weddings, and corporate events.
COASTAL DISTILLING CO.
We are proud to be home to The Coastal Distilling Co.- Torquay’s only working distillery. Located at the back of our Gin Lounge, guests can see master craftsman ‘Laurance’ distilling small-batch spirits on site. Working closely with them we have created our own exclusive gins, ‘The Yacht Gold’ and ‘The Yacht Pink’ – both crafted on site with a carefully curated blend of botanicals inspired by land and sea.
The distillery also hosts guided gin tasting experiences led by Laurance. Guests can explore the distilling process, enjoy a tasting of The Coastal Distilling Co. spirits and relax with complimentary grazing boards prepared by the chefs at The Yacht. A unique experience for gin lovers, curious drinkers and visitors looking to discover something distinctly coastal in Torquay.
